Linda Diane Rose, 59, of Wichita Falls, died Sunday, January 31, 2010.

The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2010, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls with the Rev. Howard Walker, pastor of the First Christian Church of Henrietta, officiating. Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

A daughter of the late Roger Clell and Mildred Faye (Clark) Rose, she was born February 22, 1950, in Wichita Falls. A longtime resident of Olney, she worked at the Screen Door for many years. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Rodger Dewayne Rose.

Survivors include brother, Billy Lee Rose of Wichita Falls; sister, Stacie Curtis and husband, Mike of Lakeside City; nephews, Justin Curtis and wife, Jessica and Jason Curtis, all of Wichita Falls; and her beloved pets.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Because Linda was an animal lover, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Wichita County Humane Society.
